Women’s Self Defense Class

Women, defend yourselves against the Dark Side. Saturday, May 4, First Lutheran Church of Columbia Heights, 1555 40th Ave. NE, will host Sergeant Matthew Olson from the Minneapolis Police Department for a training on basic self-defense. Gather at 9 am and be done before noon. They will accept free will donations to cover the cost of refreshments, otherwise the event is free. Dress comfortably, (the event won’t be too physical).
