YogaDevotion

YogaDevotion is the practice based on breath, prayer and movement, encouraging healthy living and peaceful presence, led by a trained yoga instructor, and open to all skill levels. Bring a yoga mat. Classes are  held on Thursday evenings, 6:30-7:30 pm at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington St. NE, in five- to eight-week sessions  Septembe -May. The first class begins as a five-week, every Thursday evening session, from Sept. 27-Oct. 25, 6:30-7:30 pm. Cost is $40 per participant for the five weeks, .
