Yogadevotion at St. Matthew

St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington St. NE, will have Yogadevotion, a practice based on breath, prayer, and movement, encouraging healthy living and peaceful presence, Thursdays, Sept. 5-Oct. 24, 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Each class will be led by a trained yoga instructor, and is open to all skill levels. Bring a yoga mat or use a chair available. The cost is $72 for an eight-week session, due before or on the first night. Register by Sept. 1: call Ruth 763-788-9427, or email kathy.rosenberg@stmatthew-ch.org.
