Yogadevotion at St. Matthew

St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington St. NE, will present Yogadevotion, a practice based on breath, prayer, and movement, encouraging healthy living and peaceful presence, six Thursdays in a row, Nov. 7-Dec. 21, 6:30-7:30 pm (no class on Nov. 28).

Each class will be led by a trained yoga instructor, and is open to all skill levels. Bring a yoga mat or use a chair available. The cost is $54 for a six-week session, due before or on the first night. Register by Nov. 5: call Ruth 763-788-9427, or email kathy.rosenberg@stmatthew-ch.org.
