Theater Latte Da online benefit for the arts
Theater Latté Da will have its first online benefit, Thursday, Oct. 1, at 7 pm. One hundred percent of funds raised will go directly into the hands of theater artists. The event raises crucial funds to support NEXT Up, Theater Latté Da’s intensive new works laboratory launched in May 2020. The online event is free to watch, though registration is required.
Find out more »Donation drive to celebrate “Collection Point” artwork
While the pandemic is preventing a traditional public unveiling of “Collection Point,” the theme of collections that influenced the piece is prompting a collecting of donated art supplies for local organizations. Saturday, Oct. 3, 11 am-3 pm, art supplies for Edison High School’s Fine Arts Department and the ROHO Collective will be collected.

Kolman & Pryor celebrates 10 years at Holiday Group Show
Kolman & Pryor Gallery, in the Northrup King Building, Suite 395, 1500 Jackson St. NE, is celebrating 10 years of promoting the work of artists. The gallery invites everyone to join on the following dates to view the Holiday Group Show and have a piece of birthday cake (while supplies last): Friday, Nov. 6, 5-8 pm, and Saturday, Nov. 7, noon-8 pm.

The first annual Strike Theater One-Minute Film Festival will be Tuesday-Thursday, Nov. 10-12, at 7 pm (prelims), and Friday, Nov. 13, at 7 pm (finals) on Facebook live. Poets, storyteller, sketch writers, comics, and more, are invited to submit entries.
