Heights School Board candidate forum
Local 710 will host a Columbia Heights Public Schools (CHPS) Board of Education candidate forum on Tuesday, Oct. 3 at 7 pm in the CHPS Family Center Community Room. The annual Historic Riverfront 5K run/walk will take place on Saturday, Oct. 7, 9 am. The 5K Run/Walk will take you through historic Northeast Minneapolis, along the Mississippi River and over the Stone Arch Bridge. The event starts at Boom Island Park, 724 Sibley St. NE.
