1850s Holiday Party at the historic Ard Godfrey House
The public is invited to attend an 1850s Holiday Party at the historic Ard Godfrey House, 28 University Ave. SE. The event will take place on Sunday, Dec. 1, 12:30-3:30 p.m. Visit the oldest remaining wood frame residence in Minneapolis, built in 1849. The house is decorated for the holidays in the modest style of the era. The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will make its 20th annual stop at the intersection of Columbia Heights, St. Anthony and Minneapolis (Stinson Blvd. and 37th Avenue NE) at 8 pm. Dec. 11.
