Gardening Matters now offers plot referrals for community members looking for plots within a community garden. If you’re interested in gardening at a community garden this season, or would like to be connected with others in your community who want to start a new community garden, fill out an online plot referral form: gardeningmatters.org.

Paddle Share, the kayak-sharing system for experienced kayakers that allows them to share the use of a kayak on the Mississippi River, opened May 26 and will run through the end of September. Paddlers have five trip beginnings and endings to chose from: Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park to North Mississippi Regional Park, River Park to North Mississippi Regional Park, North Mississippi Regional Park to Boom Island Park, Lowry Avenue Bridge to Boom Island Park, and Hidden Falls Regional Park (North Entrance) to Harriet Island…

Johnstock is Music, Crafts, and Love for all
Join us for Johnstock 2018. We'll kick off with Toy Story in the parking lot on Friday night at dusk. And Saturday we'll have great local artists, music, and food from 10 am-4 pm. The event is happening rain or shine.
