Patriots Marching Band garage sale
The annual St. Anthony Village Patriots Marching Band Garage Sale will occur Saturday, May 6, 8 am-6 pm and Sunday, May 7, 9 am-3 pm. Location: St. Anthony Village High School (lower gym), 3303 33rd Ave. NE, St. Anthony. Donations will be accepted at the same location 9 am-9 pm Wednesday, May 3 and Thursday, May 4. Signs will be posted for drop-off and help unloading your gently used clothing, furniture, sporting goods, toys and household items.

35+ breweries will help the event live up to its name, a silent auction will assist in fundraising, a DJ will provide music, there will be food trucks on-site, and the local breweries and cider houses will compete for a “Best Local Brew” award.

Calling all kids, parents, neighbors, friends and ballers. Ball City created two basketball teams that recently kicked off their tournament season. Ball City is raising funds to support with purchasing food and snacks, lodging, travel and van rentals, space rental for practices and team jerseys. Annual Polish Fest and fire fund
Polish Festival featuring Polish food and music, Saturday, July 22, 11 am-6 pm, 420 22nd Ave. NE at Sacred Heart of Jesus Polish National Catholic Church. Indeed We Can for Logan Park
Raise money for the Logan Park Neighborhood Association at Indeed Brewing, 711 15th Ave. NE, Wednesday, Sept. 13, 3-11 pm. Bar bingo at 6 pm. Prizes include gift cards to local restaurants and Vikings tickets. All proceeds go to LPNA.

Empty Bowls for SACA
Wednesday, Oct. 25, 4-7 pm, John Murzyn Hall, 530 Mill St. NE. Enjoy a meal of soup, bread and dessert made by local restaurants, live entertainment from local organizations and an art sale (new this year) with all proceeds going to SACA Food Shelf. Minneapolis Titans Hockey and MSP Starwhals are having a skate-a-thon at NE Arena this weekend to raise money for scholarships, equipment, and to provide a registration subsidy for all participants that helps to keep hockey affordable to families in our area.
