Upper Harbor Terminal online open house
The City of Minneapolis Public Works Department will host an online open house Tuesday, Aug. 24, 4-6 pm to gather community feedback and provide updates on improving the public realm for the Upper Harbor Terminal project site in north Minneapolis. Improvements will include a multi-modal transportation system and public utilities to support community access to the Upper Harbor Terminal Project and the Mississippi River. “Livable Lowry” meeting
Hennepin County is updating the roadway design for Lowry Avenue (County Road 153) between Marshall and Johnson streets in Northeast Minneapolis for construction beginning in 2023.
