The Northeast Community Band will present its annual holiday concert at Northeast United Methodist Church, Thursday, Dec. 20, at 7 p.m. The band will play a wide range of holiday music, from a Chip Davis arrangement of favorite Christmas carols to Leroy Anderson's "Sleigh Ride." The free concert will be held in the church social hall, 2510 Cleveland Street NE. Mingle with the band post-concert and enjoy holiday treats.

“The Little Mermaid, Jr.” at Columbia Academy

Market Garden Theatre continues the Fresh Roots Series with "I Forgot About Goliad," a new work by local playwright Cristina Florencia Castro.
