Edison Centennial Homecoming
Celebrate 100 years of Edison High School Friday, Sept. 30, at Edison, 700 22nd Ave. NE. Open House on the Edison Campus featuring school tours, alumni room, opens after 3 pm. Parade around the blocks of Jackson Square and the school, 3:30 pm. Pasta Dinner provided by Marino’s, 4-7 pm : $10 Adults, $5 children. Football Game, Tommies vs. Columbia Heights, 6 pm. Edison Centennial All-Class Reunion
Come enjoy a beautiful fall evening at the Nicollet Island Pavillion, 40 Power Street, Saturday, Oct. 1, 6 pm. Enjoy the music of the Edison Jazz Band. At 8 pm, High and Mighty will perform music for dancing. $25 includes heavy appetizers. Cash bar. Casual attire.

The "closing act" of the Edison Centennial celebration, the Kiwanis will serve a deluxe pancake breakfast including pancakes with allthe trimmings, sausage and drinks. Sunday, Oct. 2, 7 am-1 pm, Northeast Armory, 1025 Broadway Street NE. Adults, $10; children, $6.

East Side Old Timers
The East Side Old Timers 68th annual reunion will be held 6:30 pm, Thursday, Sept. 21 at Holy Cross-Kolbe Center, 1620 4th St. NE. Food and refreshments will be served. $5 ticket at the door. Edison Class of ’49 75th reunion
The Edison High School Class of 1949 will gather in the school's Alumni Room, Thursday, Oct. 10 for a 75th reunion luncheon, catered by Marino's Deli.
