Columbia Heights 100-year celebration upcoming events
The City of Columbia Heights will be a variety of festivities throughout the year to celebrate the City’s Centennial, which began July 21, 2020, and leads up to the centennial on July 21, 2021.

Registration is open for Girls on the Run Twin Cities (GOTR), a youth development program offered both virtually, in-person, and a hybrid model during the Spring 2021 season. All girls in grades 3-8 are invited. Practices begin mid-April.

Five of the more than 20 farmers’ markets and mini-markets operating in Minneapolis during the growing season will hold Winter Markets on weekends November through April. Local Winter Markets include: the Northeast Farmers Market, the Mill City Farmers Market, and the Municipal Minneapolis Farmers Market.

MSP International Film Festival will be hybrid
MSP Film Society has announce that the 40th Minneapolis St. Paul International
Film Festival (MSPIFF40) will be Thursday, May 13-Sunday, May 23. Due to the
ongoing pandemic, MSPIFF40 will be a hybrid festival, with films and panels presented primarily in the virtual world, with plans for several outdoor screenings.
