ESNS: Our Whole Lives (OWL)

Matter of Balance
"A Matter of Balance," a falls prevention program for seniors 60+ will be held eight consecutive Tuesdays April 2-May 21, 10 am to 12 pm at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington St. NE. Exchange practical information on caregiving challenges and possible solutions. Share feelings, needs and concerns. This group is specifically designed for LGBTQ+ caregivers who are supporting someone diagnosed with any type of dementia. Co-hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association.
