NE Royalty applicants needed by June 9
The Northeast Minneapolis Royalty Ambassador Scholarship Program, a Northeast tradition for over 50 years, seeks candidates. The Junior Program is for boys and girls who are or will be 6-11 years old by June 20. Candidates receive a T-Shirt, trophy, gift bag, ride in the Northeast parade, participate in fun activities, learn to write thank you cards, and meet new friends. Eco-Kids Camp, a collaboration of Northeast, Community and Faith United Methodist Churches, will be held Monday through Thursday, August 5-8, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This year camp will be centered at Northeast UMC, 2510 Cleveland St. NE.
