Boy Scout Pancake Breakfast
Boy Scout Troop 132 will hold their 23rd annual pancake breakfast on Sunday, May 22, 8:30 am-12:30 pm, at Mt. Carmel Lutheran l 1701 St. Anthony Pkwy. Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, and eggs. Adult tickets are $8 and child tickets are $5. Available through curbside pickup and limited indoor dining.

Kids try hockey for free
Kids can try hockey with Minneapolis Titans Hockey free Saturday, Nov. 5, 9:30-10:30 am at Northeast Ice Arena, 1306 Central Ave. NE. Skates, helmets and other equipment available on-site. SnowBlast
Columbia Heights' third annual SnowBlast will be held Saturday, Feb. 4, 4-7 pm. The event will take place at the divide between Huset Park West and Huset Park East and will feature an open skating rink, free popcorn, a s’mores station, fire pits, food sales, beer sales, live music, a heated tent, free hot beverages, light decorations and mini pony rides.

Neighborhood Day Camps
The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board will offer low-cost day camps for kids 8-13 years old this summer at Logan and Van Cleve parks. Camps are all four days each and run Tuesday-Friday, 10 am-5 pm, spanning June 27-Aug. 18. First camp runs June 27-30, last camp runs August 15-18. The Minneapolis Youth Baseball Association (MYAB), also known as the Minneapolis Millers, is a nonprofit organization operated by volunteers passionate about teaching kids to play baseball. The Millers offers both Travel Team options for players in 2nd-9th grade and a development recreational program known as the Mini-Millers for players in 1st-4th grade. The Patriots Marching Band Blitz is scheduled for Saturday, May 13, 10 am-1 pm. Band students will go door-to-door, seeking donations in the St. Anthony/New Brighton school district to support the award-winning high school marching band. Traveling Puppet Wagon performances
