Whisker Rescue will hold a Cat-stravaganza adoption event Saturday, Feb. 15 at the Quarry PetSmart, 1640 New Brighton Blvd. Meet your fine feline valentine from noon to 3 p.m. or just come for some plush therapy. A jigsaw competition, a collaboration between St. Anthony Community Services and Silverwood Park will take place Sunday, Feb. 23, 3-5 pm at Silverwood Park, 2500 County Rd. E, St Anthony Teams of up to four will race against the clock to complete a 500-piece puzzle in 2 hours, with volunteer judges tracking progress and prizes for top finishers.
