Central Avenue public meeting
The Minnesota Dept. of Transportation (MnDOT) will hold a public meeting about the upcoming renovation of Central Avenue Tuesday, Feb. 4, 5-7 pm, Columbia Heights Public Library, 3939 Central Ave. NE. There will be a formal presentation at 5:15 and at 6:30 pm. If you are unable to attend, virtual meetings have been scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 6, 6:30-7:30 pm and Friday, Feb. 7, 9-10 am. Runs through March 2 at Theater Latté Da’s home at the Ritz Theater, 345 23th Ave. NE. Single tickets start at $36. Group, student and other discounts are also available. Bring a yoga mat and a towel to the Logan Park Rec Center, 690 13th Ave. NE, Sunday, Feb. 23. The Logan Park Neighborhood Association will sponsor a free yoga and sauna session. Yoga starts at 11 am. The sauna will be open 12-3 pm.
