PACIM (Polish American Cultural Institute of Minnesota) is having their annual Soup Tasting Festival Sun., Oct. 27, 10:30 am–2:30 pm at Kolbe Hall in St. John Paul II School, 1630 4th St. NE., Seven ethnic soups will be available, including mushroom, borscht, zurek and Bigos.
