St. Cyril’s Church Basement, (handicap accessible), 1301 2nd St. NE. Sunday, Dec. 2, 8 am-1 pm. Menu includes: eggs, sausage, pancakes, baked chicken, rice, mac and cheese, hominy (Ecuadorian dish), and salad. They will also have drinks: punch, orange juice, soda, water, and coffee. $10 all you can eat. $6 children 5-12. Under 5 eat free. Everyone is welcome.
St. Hedwig Women’s Club Christmas Fair

SAV Holiday Lighting Contest
The St. Anthony Village Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting entries for the Annual Holiday Lighting Contest. They invite any St Anthony Village business or resident to enter their holiday lighting display. The top two winners will be awarded $100 in cash prizes. To enter, please email your name, full address, phone number and email address by Nov. 30, to the Chamber at executivedirector@saintanthonychamber.org.
Winners will be selected by the participants of the Chamber Holiday Lights Bus tour, on Friday, Dec. 7, as part of the Annual St Anthony Village Shops Carriage Rides at 2900 Pentagon Dr., St. Anthony. Bus tours are free and open to the public.
12th Night Christmas Concert Reschedule
The St. Anthony Civic Orchestra Christmas Concert has been rescheduled because of a snow storm. It will now take place Friday, Jan. 6, 7:30 p.m. at the St. Anthony Community Center, 3301 Silver Lake Rd. NE, Ste B. Carol Jensen is the artistic director. The performance will include Christmas favorites from around the world and your own neighborhood. Admission is free.
Lights of Logan Contest
Logan Park Neighborhood Association is holding its annual “Lights of Logan” contest on Dec. 18 for Logan Park residents. This year’s theme is “Light up the Holidays.” Have your house/yard lights on by 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 18 to be considered for judging. Winners will receive assistance with their Dec. electric bill. First place: Dec. electric bill paid 100 percent, Second place: Dec. electric bill paid 75 percent, and Third place: Dec. electric bill paid 50 percent.
