Climate Change

Friday, May 3, 4 pm, Water Bar & Public Studio, 2518 Central Ave. NE.
Engaging with Climate Change
Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave. NE, will host “For a Future to Be Possible” session on Friday, June 22 from 7-9 pm, with an optional vegetarian potluck at 6 pm. This is an ongoing series of events to help us become more aware, knowledgeable, and active in preserving the natural and social health of our world. It is one of the great challenges of our time to find a way of living that is truly sustainable and in harmony with our planet and with each other. Each evening is a “standalone” event, so people can attend any that they wish. Most evenings will be a combination of sharing information and group dialogue. There are no fees, but sign up in advance by emailing the Center at admin@OceanDharma.org. Also email if you would like to be added to the “For a Future” email list. Info: oceandharma.org.
