Fall Writing Class, “Great Works in Progress”
Fall Writing Class at Fridley Community Education, 6085 7th St NE, Fridley. In “Great Works in Progress,” you will learn what it takes to put a story together. Fall Writing Class at Fridley Community Education, 6085 7th St NE, Fridley. “Write Your Memoirs,” meets Tuesday mornings, 10-11:30 a.m., starting Tuesday, Sept. 13-Oct. 11, five weeks, $49. Time to dust off those memoirs and get them rolling again, or come for the camaraderie if you’ve already been hard at work. TransFabulous at Sumner Library
Sumner Library, 611 Van White Memorial Blvd, will be hosting a series of six free art workshops for adults, led by artists who identify as transgender or gender nonconforming, celebrating all gender identities and expressions through art. The TransFabulous event will be held Saturdays, July 9 – August 13, 1-3:00 p.m. Join artist Grey Doolin to create and share your personal narrative through writing and photography, materials provided.
