A Program in Mindfulness for stress reduction and engaged living

Mindfulness stress reduction
Compassionate Ocean, 652 17th Ave NE, Minneapolis, will teach mindfulness stress reduction in eight weekly classes, Tuesdays, Sept. 20-Nov. 8. Zen Center Open House
Compassionate Ocean Zen Center, 652 17th Ave. NE, invites neighbors and those curious about Zen to attend an open house on Friday, Nov. 4, 7-9 pm. They offer opportunities for meditation practice and retreats, weekly talks, and classes on Buddhist teachings. Programs in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) are held four times a year.
