The City of Minneapolis is seeking applicants for a Community Planning and Engagement Committee to work with the project team on the Upper Harbor Terminal redevelopment project. Applications are due April 14. The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board is also establishing a Community Advisory Committee that will work concurrently on park-related components of the redevelopment project.
