Our Seams

“Techniques for Ecstasy”
Minneapolis-based textile artist and dancer Alexandra Beaumont will hold a solo exhibition, “Techniques for Ecstasy" at Public Functionary, 1500 Jackson St. NE. In conjunction with the five-year anniversary of the PF Studios program, Public Functionary will release a commemorative book. This 150-page volume documents the program's journey, featuring profiles of 35 PF Studios artists, essays by Taylor Jasper, Leslie Barlow, Shana Kaplow and Tricia Heuring, and behind-the-scenes insights into the program's development.
