SACA Produce Drops
Southern Anoka Community Assistance (SACA) will have its annual Produce Drops, Saturdays, Aug. 24, Sept. 14 and 28, and Oct. 12, 8:30 am-11:30 am (or while supplies last), in the SACA parking lot, 627 38th Ave. NE.

SACA produce drops
Drive-thru produce drops at the SACA Food Store & Thrift Shop are scheduled for July 23, Aug. 13 and 27, Sept. 10 and 24, and Oct. 8. Hours are 8:30-11:30 am, while supplies last. 627 38th Ave. NE. Volunteers needed, 7:30-11:30 am.

SACA community picnic
Community members are invited to attend a community picnic at the new home of Southern Anoka Community Assistance (SACA Food Shelf), hosted in partnership with Northeast Bank. SACA Food Shelf has served the communities of Columbia Heights, Hilltop, Fridley, Spring Lake Park and Northeast Minneapolis for almost 50 years, distributing an average of 58,000 lbs. of food per month. SACA’s free produce distributions
Southern Anoka Community Assistance will distribute free produce in partnership with Second Harvest Heartland on the second and fourth Saturday of the month, July-September, 8:30-11 am (or while supplies last). Distribution takes place in the SACA parking lot at 627 38th Ave. NE. SACA Food Shelf distributes up to 10,000 pounds of fresh fruit and vegetables at each event.
